Most accessibility barriers are not obvious.

They show up in everyday moments at work. Getting into a meeting room. Following a conversation. Finding information. Keeping up when things change.

People rarely complain. They adapt quietly, work around the issue, or disengage over time.

The BlindSpot Accessibility Playbook is a free, practical resource designed to make those moments visible.

What the playbook covers

The playbook uses short, relatable examples to highlight everyday accessibility barriers across:

  • Physical spaces

  • Digital systems

  • Everyday processes

  • Workplace culture and behaviour

It explores mobility, vision, hearing, neurodivergence, and mental health experiences, and shows how small, respectful changes can reduce friction and support better participation.

There is no blame, no judgement, and no focus on compliance. The emphasis is on awareness, language, and better everyday decisions.

Who it is for

This playbook is for anyone involved in shaping workplace experience, including leaders, managers, people teams, designers, and service teams. No specialist knowledge is required.
