I’m David Langdon, founder of BlindSpot Solutions. With nearly 30 years in professional services and legal technology, I help organisations make smarter decisions across two key streams: Tech Stack, where I guide firms through the full digital transformation lifecycle, and Accessibility, where I combine lived experience with professional expertise to build workplaces that are inclusive – physically, digitally, procedurally, and culturally.

The Founder's Story
I grew up in the North East of England and completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Information Systems, which paved the way for my first career steps in the UK motor industry, implementing CRM systems. Soon after, I found myself drawn toward the legal industry - a field I grew up familiar with, as my father was a sole practitioner. While I never aspired to become a lawyer, I was captivated by the challenges and nuances of the legal sector.
In the late 1990s, I moved to London and joined my first law firm, taking responsibility for their CRM system. Those early years immersed me in the fast-paced world of law firm marketing, but soon I found myself on the other side, working for Elite, a leading provider of legal practice management solutions. This transition allowed me to deepen my expertise in legal technology and connect with an expanding range of tools and strategies transforming the industry.
In late 2004, a trip to Australia sparked an unexpected move. I decided to trade London’s grey skies for the sunny climate of Brisbane, Queensland, where I continued with Elite. Here, I broadened my legal tech knowledge, working with solutions that spanned records management, new business intake, conflicts, case management, financial management, document management, and document automation.
With over 25 years in the legal technology space, I’ve had the privilege of implementing, consulting, and selling cutting-edge solutions across the globe. From the UK, France, and Germany to South Africa, India, Singapore, the USA, and Australia, my work has helped firms large and small transform their operations through technology. Now, I bring this global perspective and hands-on experience to my consulting practice, dedicated to helping law firms thrive in an evolving digital landscape.
